Leanne is a girl with issues. She has terrible dreams at night and wakes up in the strangest places. When she finally begins to see the right doctor, everything becomes clear to her.
I enjoyed the premise of this novel immensely. I liked the idea of time traveling in dreams, and what that might mean for the person who can and should change past events. The plot is well developed and the story progresses quickly.
In a short side note- I felt the reader is dumped into Leanne's life with little to no "lead in" to what has occurred before the book starts. I feel the book could probably start before she moves in with her father, and the reader might connect better with Leanne as a heroine.
Leanne is a strong character, but I feel that the author could have added some depth to the secondary characters and the secondary plot lines so that the reader might feel more connected to them as well. We need to understand what makes these people so willing to believe the idea that this girl is traveling in time, and show them as more than simply accessories to Leanne's story.
The story is imaginative and the plot is well thought out, making it a quick read with hope for a sequel.
